  • Typical workout: Fun, fast and super efficient circuit workouts! I like to get maximum benefits in a short amount of time so I can dedicate time to stretching and rolling.
  • Typical breakfast: Scrambled eggs and a blended ‘super’ smoothie with kale, flaxseed, berries, avocado, almond milk, cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa, almonds.
  • What’s your ultimate healthy meal? A perfect balance of vegetables, protein, fat and a little complex carbohydrate.
  • What are your makeup must-haves? Bare Minerals foundation and bronzer,, NARS blush and lip pencil in a fun shade of orange or red, Lancôme hypnose mascara, Aveda mineral concealer.
  • What’s always in your gymbag? An apple and almonds, my makeup, change of clothes, deodorant!
  • Best active holiday you’ve ever taken? Skiing in Val D’Isere in France was amazing!
