Typical workout? A lot of cardio and bodyweight circuits combining HIIT.
Typical breakfast? Either Yogurt and berries and banana, plus toast with avocado. Or Poached eggs with avocado when eating out or the quick fix is a green smoothie (something like coconut water, frozen berries, a banana, cucumber, mint and spinach plus flaxseeds and chia seeds)
What’s your ultimate healthy meal? Top quality sushi Japanese from somewhere like Nobu
What are your makeup must-haves? Lip Balms and Mascara, plus a touch of bronzer and SPF 30 moisturiser.
What’s always in your gymbag? My gym boss, skipping rope, water and a session plan
Best active holiday you’ve ever taken? Hiking around Italy, we walked over 20kg every day and loved every minute of it!
What totally relaxes you? A trashy TV series (such as the Real Housewives of Beverley Hills!) I can watch on my own, when no one is home!
What’s your biggest vice? Who can say no to hot chips!
What was the last thing you recommended to a friend? I guess that would be training advice, she told me she was pregnant so I told her the modifications to take which were safe for her.

What would we be surprised to find in your fridge Mini magnums…sometimes I eat 4..so does that mean im eating more than 1 full sized one???!
Your style icon? Elle McPherson- think she always looks amazing, from the beach to being all glammed up. Her hair is the best Ive seen and sports that year long tan. I just want her hair!

Your latest obsession? This is a boring answer, I really tried to think with what I am obsessed with at the moment! Is avocado something cool to be obsessed with as I have to have it every morning on sourdough, squashed with lemon and salt n pepper. Obsession or craving?!
