RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not a flawsome fit? Wrong size? Not what you were expecting? Don’t worry - Vie Active makes it very easy to return full priced items. Please note, Vie Active does not offer exchange.

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
Please note that there are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items or Vie Active accessories. All items must be unwashed, unworn/unused, and have tags still attached! Please try to reuse the original packaging to help cut down on waste.
Within 14 days of the shipment date, we can issue a full refund to the original form of payment or to an online gift card. After 14 days, we can issue a full refund in the form of an online gift card. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Please note that for US returns, the shipping return costs will be deducted from your refund, unless you prefer to return your package via your own shipping method. However we have no way to track these returns.
For AUS returns, customers will need to send their items to our AUS PO Box where Vie Active will receive the goods and pay for the shipping back to our US warehouse. For AUS returns, please allow 14 business days to process.
SALE ITEMS / ACCESSORIES
Vie Active accessories and all sale items are yours to keep! We strictly do not allow returns on these items.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. You can always return your product and re-order once you have received your refund!
SALE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items or Vie Active accessories.
Please note that for US returns, customers will be deducted the cost of return shipping from their final refund amount. For AUS/International returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping the items they are returning to our AUS PO Box where we will then process and refund the full cost of the items returned.
All extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into a foreign country outside of the United States or Australia are non-refundable to the customer and will not be paid for by Vie Active on any orders or exchanges.
We at Vie Active stand behind our high quality fabrics and their ability to perform under normal activity. Our product warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
