HOW TO ORDER

Welcome to Vie Active! To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour desired and click 'add to bag'. You can then go back and to continue shopping or click 'Buy Now' to completed your online order. Please note, you will need your credit card details handy - including your billing address - to finalise your order.

CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Of course! You can edit your Shopping Bag at any stage during your online shopping experience by simply removing the item from 'My Bag.' Once your order has been finalized however, it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch. The order will be automatically sent to the delivery address.  Please refer to Returns & Exchanges section if you need to return your item.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

We suggest that you take a look at the product measurements included online for each specific item to get the most accurate idea of what size will be right for you. We have sizes from XXS for teeny-tiny ladies who are after a tighter fit, up to a size XL for a looser fit.

HOW DO I APPLY DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS DURING CHECKOUT?

We get this question quite a bit, so thought we would run you through it here! When finalising your order you will be prompted for your Credit Card Details and Shipping Information.  You will also have the option to enter a discount code or gift certificate during the checkout process.  Discount codes can be a combination of letters and/or numbers and are case-sensitive.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?

Unfortunately due to popular demand some items do sell out quickly online - if you see something online that you have to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, be sure to email us and we will pop you on the wait-list, that way we can notify you as soon as we get a shipment of new stock in.

PAYMENT CHOICES


We accept payment via Paypal and all major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, and American Express). Please note the issuer of your card may charge a service fee on this charge. Please send us a copy of your credit card statement if that is the case and we will refund this amount to you.

HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your security while shopping with Vie Active is extremely important to us! We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.

 All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our website are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption. To ensure that the page you are viewing is secure, look for a padlock icon in your browser - this verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security.


DELIVERY

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Typically domestic ground shipping takes 3-5 business days. However we do offer expedited shipping if you need your order sooner. Please allow 7-10 days for international orders.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?

Vie Active is a small growing business - we do our very best to get our clothes out to our customers as quickly & affordably as possible so you can start living an active life right away! From time to time we do offer promotions, including free delivery. Currently our standard rate for all US domestic orders shipped is $10 and our international flat rate is $35.  However, we do offer complimentary shipping on domestic orders over $100 and international orders over $200. This may be subject to change depending on special delivery zones and requirements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - TAXES & DUTIES

It is important to be aware that Custom policies vary from Country to Country, with this in mind you may be subject to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes. If such costs do occur, they are payable by the recipient. To minimise any surprises please be sure to check with your local customs office for further information prior to finalising your purchase.

WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?


Vie Active uses USPS for most domestic and FedEx for international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE

For all domestic deliveries you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days (from time of order) depending on where you are located. For all international orders you should receive your order within 7-10 days (from time of order).  We also offer Express Shipping for customers at an additional charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not a flawsome fit? Wrong size? Not what you were expecting? Don’t worry - Vie Active makes it very easy to return products.

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

Please note that there are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items or Vie Active accessories.  All items must be unwashed, unworn/unused, and have tags still attached! Please try to reuse the original packaging to help cut down on waste.

Within 14 days of the shipment date, we can issue a full refund to the original form of payment or to an online gift card. After 14 days, we can issue a full refund in the form of an online gift card. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

SALE ITEMS / ACCESSORIES

Vie Active accessories and all sale items are yours to keep! We strictly do not allow returns on these items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: US ORDERS ONLY!
  1. Please visit our return page here.
  2. Follow the online instructions, specifying the reason for your return, as well as if you are returning for a refund, credit, or exchange.
  3. Print the return label and ship the product back to the US address below.
  4. Please allow for 2-5 business days to receive all necessary information for a return!

EXCHANGES

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. You can always return your product and re order once you have received your refund!
 
SALE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items or Vie Active accessories.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into a foreign country outside of the United States and are non-refundable to the customer and will not be paid for by Vie Active on any orders or exchanges.

WARRANTY POLICY

We at Vie Active stand behind our high quality fabrics and their ability to perform under normal activity. Our product warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship.  However, damage due to accidents, wear and tear, or improper care are not covered under our warranty.
